I’m going to be taking you through some exercises that you can do in real-time with me on the show. Before you get cozy, comfy, and settle in to listening to the show, please grab a piece of paper and pen – I will be asking you to write some things down.
I will then take you through a visualization exercise in the form of a meditation. If you would like to sit on the floor for this, please grab a cushion, yoga block, or blanket to sit on. Alternatively, you can of course, sit on a chair.
I will close off the show with three quick-fire hints and tips on manifestation.
I hope this episode helps you get closer to your goals, helps you to feel even greater about yourselves, and gives you some practical tools in addition to the ones you already have!
