Today, I am talking to you about negative self-talk. I am doing this from the perspective of what negative self-talk is, why it’s not good for you, and how to overcome that negative, sometimes very mean voice, that can live inside your head.

Tip 1: Develop a sense of self-worth through self-compassion.
Tip 2: Identify the subject matter of your negative self-talk and bring yourself into a position to focus your self-compassion around that situation.
Tip 3: Reframe the situation. Having identified the subject matter, reframe your view of it.
